Organization of Commerce and Management Fest

Under the theme ‘Brilliant Asthra’

The Department of PG Studies in Commerce has organized Commerce and Management Fest on24/02/2020. It was inaugurated by the Chairman of our College Governing Council Sri. Gonal Rajashekhar Goud. While delivering inaugural speech he asked the students to take active part in co-curricular activities for the development of need based skills in the subject area. He also made it clear that knowledge acquired within four walls of the classroom will not be sufficient for career development. Therefore, it should be supplemented with empirical knowledge gained through the participatory method.

 Dr.G.Rajashekhar, Principal, also addressed the students. This fest is organized with a view to bring out the hidden talents of the students in various specialized areas of Commerce and Management such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resource & etc. Icebreaking on the theme ‘Respect for Women’ was also organized as a part of the fest. Another objective of the fest is to develop business skills, team building capacity and leadership qualities among the students. Sri Halkundi Sathish Kumar, Member, College Governing Body was present on the dias. Dr.Thippeswamy, HoD, and other Staff members contributed their knowledge and experience for the grand success of the fest.
