A Special Talk on “Bio-Diversity and its Existence and Extinction”
Dr Kavitha Sagar, Assistant Professor, VSK University, Ballari, delivered a special talk on the topic “Bio-Diversity and its Existence and Extinction” on 17.02.2020.
She has covered different aspects of bio-diversity like types of forest, endemic species in India, primitive flowering plants, duties of citizens in preserving bio-diversity and so on.
It is inaugurated by Dr.G.Rajashekhar, Princial. Dr W Sharanappa, Head, Dept of Botany, delivered introductory speech. Prof M.C.Devakumar executed the programme. Department Staff & Students participated in the programme.
