A Special talk on “National Integration”

The Department of Sociology has arranged a special talk on 17.04.2018 to create awareness among students about National integration. Sri.A.M.P.Veeresh Swamy, Dept of Kannada, P.U.Independent College, Ballari was invited as a chief guest. In his speech, he spoke on the urgency of achieving national integration. The national integration can be achieved only through bringing about social equality. He also focused on the hindering factors of "National Integration".

At the end of his speech, he asked the students to come out from the influence of casteism, linguism, regionalism and religious intolerance and work together with selfless attitude for protecting the interests of the nation. Smt.S.M.Sudharani presided over the function.The staff and students participated in the programme.
